Your training is for a maximum of 2 people per Franchise and and will take place in our offices here in Marbella.


We are not trying to turn you into sales people but we believe you need to know the basics of what you are offering your client and ‘HOW IT WORKS’ in order for you to be successful, because if you don’t achieve a good income then neither do we.

Your training will consist of:


Day One: Starting at 10:00 You will meet the team in our Training Facility and have an introduction to Touchstone Spain and the Process and the Spanish Property Process.

Lunch 13:00 - 14:00 

Afternoon Motivation and work style & client objects.


Day Two: Starting at 10:00, You will be in our Training Facility where there will then be an in depth explanation of the process of selling/purchasing repossessed property by our founder David Rowe.

Lunch Break 13:30-14:30 

You will have a presentation form a Bank Director who will explain the process from a Bank perspective. Then a presentation by a Spanish Lawyer on the legal side of property purchase.

Partner David Miller will also be speaking and will co-host a Q&A session along with Franchise Director.


Day Three: Starting at 10:00. Property viewing in multiple areas, property pricing and an overview of the buying process. We will be stopping for Lunch around 13.30-14.30.


Day four: Starting at 10:00, Property viewing in multiple areas, property pricing and relevant information on areas. We will be stopping for Lunch around 13:30-14:30pm.


Day 5: Starting 10:00 at the Training Facility, with Q&A session, a presentation by a currency Brokerage on how to maximise clients budgets. 

A course review with all Directors, Q&A session and details of on-going support and marketing with Franchise Director and Founder David Rowe.

We will finish around lunchtime and then transfer you to Malaga airport for your flight home.


There is much more we have to offer you on an on-going and all will be revealed when you meet with Franchise Director before you sign your contract and meeting your Franchise Support Team.
